(7), VIII-XV (i.e. XIV), (1)-704, 701-766 pp. 1 folding engraved map, 9 partly folding engraved plates (complete, slightly worn especially to folds, some spotting, Hippopotamus-plate with repair, 1 with tears to folds, map with some tears to folds and a few minor to the margins).
Paper binding from early 19th century, blue speckled edges, worn and faded. Signature on first free endpaper and on title. Title with some browning, page 15/16 smaller and later inserted, some foxing, partly with red crosses to margins.

Only part I. Part two and three was published 1802-1818.
