Soulsby 51. Hulth 5. Sixth i.e. the 3rd original edition, dedicated to count Tessin. The edition was completely rewritten by Linnaeus and heavily enlarged. This is also the first illustrated edition.

A. Bäck probably Abraham Bäck (1713-1795), Swedish physician who began studies at Uppsala university in 1730, early on for Linnaeus, later for Nils Rosén von Rosenstein. He was a close friend to Linnaeus, who named a genus of plants, Baeckea (Myrtus), after him.
