MILLER, JACOB. Ab-Risse unterschidlicher Schwedische vortrefflichen Schlösser, Lust-Gärten u. Residentze Ihro Königlichen Majestät in Schweden... Caroli XII. Augsburg no date (about 1700-05).
Oblong 4:o (plate c. 160x200 or 150x190 mm., total c. 180x220 or c. 160x200 mm.). Engraved title and 17 engraved plates mounted on cards (of 20, lacking number 5, 6,19, which are present in facsimile, number 20 cut into platemark). Loose in new wrappers.
Also published with the same title-leaf, but with the name Johann Stridbeck as engraver, from about the same time. Can be copies from Schenk: Icones praetorium ac villarum, variorumque publicorum regis Sueciae ædificiorum, qvas... Carolo Duodecimo, Svecorum... regi omni animi divotione offert et inscribit. Amstelaedamensis u.å. (1701). Schenk copied his engravings from Dahlberg´s Suecia antiqua and reduced the plates to a smaller 4:o size.
The plates depicts Karlsberg (3), Drottningholm (4), Jacobsdal (5), Salsta (1), Skokloster (1), Steninge (1), Marieberg (1), Katarina church (1).
