A baloon view of Versailles with the park and numerous fountains. Printed by Lemercier in Paris, the foremost printer of its time.
Some browning after removed tape in the upper right margin and just into the image, repair on verso in the same corner, small paper loss in the margin of the upper left corner. A few faint brown streaks.
The plate has been cleaned.
