Contemporary brown half leathger, somewhat worn, faded gilt spines in five compartments, faded spine labels, marbled edges. Some foxing, some minor marginal stainingBookplate of Henry Gillett. 3 volumes.
The work also contains "The Old Curiosity Shop" and "Barnaby Rudge".
First edition in book form, originally a weekly periodical edited and written entirely by Charles Dickens from April 4, 1840-December 4, 1841.
